Melvin T. Williams, Jr., CMC, is Founder and President of Delphi Consulting Group, Inc. He has extensive domestic and international expertise in the areas of marketing, operations management, strategic planning, business and organizational development, crisis/conflict management, diversity, career development, and training.

Mr. Williams holds a masters degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, an undergraduate degree in Accounting, and is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). The CMC designation signifies that a consultant meets and maintains strict standards of technical competence, experience and ethical conduct. Less than 1% of all consultants have achieved CMC status.

Jennifer M. Rutledge is Vice President and a Partner of Delphi Consulting Group, Inc. She provides assistance to a variety of domestic and international companies and organizations in board development, human resources, organizational development, strategic, long range and annual planning. She also has extensive experience in the design and delivery of all types of training and development programs and processes.

Ms. Rutledge is a contributing writer to several publications and has been cited in numerous articles. She holds a masters degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Psychology.
